Pool with a View

We honestly came across this little paradise by coincidence. We were planning to go from Bali to Boracay, but all flights were cancelled for days due to a massive typhoon crossing the Philippines. Super disappointed about the change of plans, we started driving around the Uluwatu region and looked at different places along the way.

As romantic as it gets

We found this amazing hotel on a cliff top with breathtaking views of the ocean. Admittedly, this is a truly luxury place, predestined for a large scale wedding or so. We were very lucky because it was low season and they barely had guest that week – so with a little bit of negotiation we got to sneak in at a much lower price. An amazing pool (as you can see), crystal clear ocean water, top-notch cuisine and a romantic fireplace at night included. Not talking about the private butler, or the cable car down to the hotel-own beach club. HA-HA.
